SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 5, 2010 — Juniper Networks (NASDAQ:JNPR, news, filings) today announced that its MX80 3D Universal Edge Router has been honored with the “Best New Product” award in the Telecom category by Light Reading, a leading source for technology and financial analysis of the communications industry. Part of Light Reading’s Leading Lights Award program, these awards are considered among the most authoritative in the industry, recognizing leading companies and their executives for their outstanding achievements in telecommunications. The award was presented on Nov. 2 at an awards dinner in New York City following the first day of Ethernet Expo Americas 2010
