Libra Alliance Corp. Announces Name Change to “Lightyear Network Solutions, Inc.” and New Ticker Symbol: LYNS

— New Ticker Symbol and Name Change Become Effective April 23, 2010 —

LOUISVILLE, KY, April 23, 2010 – Libra Alliance Corporation (OTCBB: LBAL), today announced that its corporate name has been changed to “Lightyear Network Solutions, Inc.” and that its ticker symbol as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board will be changed from OTCBB:LBAL to OTCBB:LYNS effective April 23, 2010.

On April 22, Libra received notification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that the company’s name change from Libra Alliance Corp. to Lightyear Network Solutions, Inc. and symbol change were formally approved. The company’s new CUSIP number for its common stock is 53228J103 and its ISIN number is US53228J1034.

“The change in our corporate name and our new stock symbol more closely reflects our business of providing telecommunication services to businesses and consumers throughout the United States. As we actively begin our market outreach efforts, we believe the changes in our name and stock symbol will better identify our business, and help our expansion efforts as well,” said J.
