Operations team restructured to accommodate expected growth
CLEVELAND – February 15, 2019 – Joseph Pellegrini has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations, of Everstream, a super-regional network service provider bringing fiber-based Ethernet, internet and data center solutions to businesses throughout the Midwest.
This appointment is part of a restructuring of the company’s operations team as Everstream prepares to invest $300 million into expanding its network in 12 Midwest markets throughout the next 18 months.
“Joe’s transition and integration into Everstream has been seamless. His collaborative leadership style has been integral in assessing and improving our operational processes and procedures,” said Everstream President and Chief Executive Officer Brett Lindsey.
Pellegrini joined the company as Vice President of Operations in June 2018. During that time, he has created a network planning team, restructured the permitting and geographical information systems (GIS) teams, and enhanced Everstream’s fiscal metric reporting.
While the breadth of his role is expanding, he will continue to lead the company’s operations management initiatives, including organic growth, strategic requirements and additional range of services.

Everstream senior operations team members Tao Pei and Michelle Weber have been promoted to Vice President, Enterprise Technology, and Vice President, Service Delivery, respectively, to accommodate the company’s upcoming growth. Pei and Weber will report to Pellegrini.
In his new role as Vice President, Enterprise Technology, Pei is responsible for elevating Everstream’s corporate efficiencies through improved processes, systems, productivity and training. He will handle the full scope, including deployment, monitoring and issue resolution, of Everstream’s mission-critical, customer-facing applications and internal business systems. Pei has been with the company since 2012.
In her new role as Vice President, Service Delivery, Weber will continue to oversee service delivery, implementation and customer relations. She also has been tasked with defining and documenting business processes plus training staff across markets to ensure proficiency in their roles as well as a thorough understanding of Everstream’s corporate culture. She has been with the company since 2008.
