MegaPath Becomes First VOIP and Unified Communications Provider to Join Bigleaf’s Cloud Assurance Program

Bigleaf developed its new Cloud Assurance Program to ensure that partner cloud applications achieve peak performance. Bigleaf’s and MegaPath’s joint customers will enjoy enhanced voice, data, and cloud services through Bigleaf’s performance analysis and optimization capabilities.
The Cloud Assurance Program centers around Bigleaf’s patent-pending Intelligent Load-Balancing and Dynamic Quality-of-Service (QoS) functionality. Unlike dual-WAN firewalls or DNS-based load-balancers, Bigleaf provides real-time failover and load-balancing with seamless mid-session re-routing based on ISP circuit quality.
