[Barcelona, Spain, November 17, 2014]: Huawei today announced that it has won the “Most Innovative Tool for Driving Real-Time Intelligence” award at the Broadband Traffic Management (BBTM) & Telco Big Data Summit for their Real Time Decision Center solution. This is the fourth time this award has been presented at the BBTM conference and the first time Huawei has received the award.
The Huawei Real Time Decision Center enhances the corporate decision close loop capability through event mapping and strategy creation, including contact channel mapping and real time decision management strategies. When data reaches the center, it is processed and after the mapping phase, responses are managed according to pre-set strategies, satisfying requirements for specific decision making scenarios in real time.
The Huawei Real Time Decision Center is a key component of the Huawei Universe big data solution. This big data analysis platform provides insights, a real-time decision center, a real-time enterprise knowledge engine and open data bus. The Huawei Universe solution supports operators to achieve streamlined operations, reduce costs, improve efficiency and realize data open innovation service which in turn, improves the value of the data it manages.
The BBTM awards celebrate and recognize achievements in the traffic management industry. 2014 marks the fourth year the annual awards have been presented at the Global BBTM congress, which brings together industry experts to build intelligent networks for a personalized future. The BBTM congress is co-located with Telco Big Data Summit which provides key insights into the challenges and benefits of exploiting Telco Data for operators.
