Fibertech Networks Earns Highest Marks in 2014 ATLANTIC-ACM Wholesale Customer Survey

Ninth Consecutive Year Company Wins Carrier Excellence Awards for Operations and Support

For the ninth consecutive year, Fibertech Networks received the highest marks from its carrier customers in an industry-wide survey conducted by Boston-based research and consulting firm ATLANTIC-ACM.

At COMPTEL PLUS, the preeminent networking event for competitive communications companies and their supplier partners, Fibertech was recognized for the highest score among CLEC, cable and fiber competitors with first place awards in seven categories including:

  • Brand – Perception of the carrier’s corporate image

  • Network Performance – Perception of each carrier’s network performance based on their network’s quality, availability and uptime
  • Billing – Perception of each carrier’s billing systems based on their billing accuracy and dispute resolution
  • Customer Service – Technical Skills/Ability to Solve Problems and Courtesy/Professionalism
  • Provisioning – Timely delivery of service and ability to meet installation dates

The industry-wide report is based on the results of more than 1,800 individual ratings of carrier’s network services and the operations behind those services. It’s widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in metro wholesale telecommunications industry.
Earlier this year, Fibertech Networks received similar recognition from business customers in the 2014 ATLANTIC-ACM Business Connectivity Report Card survey, placing first in Sales Representatives, Provisioning, and Customer Service.
