The awards, voted on by Network Computing’s readers, recognise the companies and solutions that have been most impressive in helping organisations maximise the use of their networks. The award given to Level 3 recognises all-around excellence and leadership in the service provider sector.

“To be recognized as ‘Service Provider of the Year’ by Network Computing’s readership is a true honor,” said James Heard, Level 3’s regional president of EMEA. “We design and operate our network for optimal performance and collaborate with our customers to maximise the value we deliver to them, and we believe this award is a result of those efforts.”

“Network Computing readers are the IT professionals running networks and purchasing the products and services that enable and protect these networks,” said Ray Smyth, Editor, Network Computing. “Each year, they vote to determine Network Computing Award winners to recognize the products, services and companies have made a positive impact on the industry, and Level 3 should be proud that, of all nominees, our readers have voted to name the company ‘Service Provider of the Year.'”
