Velez joins Overture after having recently led the Andean and Southern Cone operations for ECI Telecom while living in Bogota, Colombia. Velez’ prior experiences include sales and executive management positions with BT, Worldcom, UUNET, Facturnet, Grupo ONO and Telkonet.
