Internap Completes Corporate Headquarters Move to Perimeter Region of Metro-Atlanta

ATLANTA – March 26, 2011 – Internap Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ:INAP, news, filings), a provider of intelligent IT Infrastructure services, announced that is has completed the relocation of its corporate headquarters from downtown Atlanta to One Ravinia Drive in the Perimeter region of metro-Atlanta.

“Internap is a welcome addition to the Perimeter business community due to its leadership and technology contributions, both locally and in the industry overall,” said Mike Davis, Mayor of Dunwoody, Georgia. “Evidenced by its local expansion and status as an emerging growth company, Internap’s increased presence in Dunwoody can certainly help fuel the area’s economic growth and reputation as a desirable place to work.”

With 62,000 square-feet of office space at the new headquarters, the move – announced in September 2011 – will accommodate Internap’s business and employee growth, built on the rapidly increasing industry demand for IT Infrastructure services, such as cloud, managed hosting and colocation. The office relocation frees up 31,000 additional net-sellable square feet of premium data center capacity at 250 Williams Street, Internap’s former headquarters and existing Atlanta data center location. The first phase of the Atlanta data center expansion is expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2012.

“Internap’s relocation is a milestone in the execution of the strategic growth of our IT Infrastructure services business,” said Eric Cooney, chief executive officer of Internap. “Building on the company’s recent momentum, this move further strengthens our position as a local and industry market leader by enabling the company to expand our Atlanta data center footprint and continue to attract employees from Atlanta’s rich, technology-savvy, talent pool.”
