Annual Award Recognizes Company’s Comprehensive Product Suite And Most Robust Wholesale Service in Region

NEW YORK — For the second consecutive year, the Metro Ethernet Forum has bestowed Verizon Global Wholesale with the 2011 Best Wholesale Ethernet Service award for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The award recognizes excellence and leadership in the development, marketing and delivery of carrier Ethernet services in the EMEA region.
The Best Wholesale Ethernet Service award is awarded to the service provider with the most robust wholesale service offering that extends the reach of Ethernet services to customers.
The awards were judged by an independent panel of senior industry analysts, and winners were announced at the Carrier Ethernet World Congress in Amsterdam on Oct. 12.
