INTEGRA TELECOM RECEIVES TOP HONORS FROM PHONE+ MAGAZINE

Integra Named in Top 50 Channel Programs;
Three of its Employees Selected as Top 15 Channel Managers

Portland, Ore. – Sept. 27, 2010 — Integra Telecom, an integrated telecommunications provider for business, was honored twice at PHONE+ magazine’s annual Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C.

For the second year in a row, Integra Telecom placed in the PHONE+ Top 50 Channel Programs list which is voted on by members of the indirect channel—the group of indirect sales organizations for telecom providers. Hundreds of channel programs, the sales programs that telecom carriers provide to indirect sales organizations, were on the ballot for this honor, and only the 50 best programs made the list.

Also, three Integra Telecom managers were named as PHONE+ magazine’s Top 15 Channel Managers, for their work creating and managing successful indirect sales channels. Nickie Beckstead, Steve Warren, and Steve Cawley were nominated by master agents, subagents and independent agents and selected by a poll of PHONE+ readers in August. They will be profiled in the November issue of PHONE+ magazine.

“This year’s channel manager’s contest was especially competitive,” said Khali Henderson, PHONE+ magazine editor in chief. “There were 133 nominees and more than a thousand votes. The enthusiastic response is a testament to the value the channel places on the stand-out channel managers in the industry.”

Beckstead is located in Salt Lake City and has been a channel manager for Integra Telecom for the past three years. Warren is based in Sacramento, Calif. and has been the channel manager for Integra Telecom, overseeing California and Nevada, for the last two years. Based in Oregon, Cawley has been a channel manager for eight years, and has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

“We are very pleased to have three accomplished channel managers honored by this award from PHONE+ magazine, and also to have Integra named a Top 50 Channel Program,” said Dudley Slater, CEO of Integra Telecom.
