(MIAMI, FL) – September 15, 2010 ‐ At CompTel’s Fall Convention and EXPO in Dallas, Texas, ATLANTIC– ACM announced that for the fourth consecutive year FPL FiberNet won top honors at the 2010 Metro Carrier Excellence Awards ceremony.
This year, FPL FiberNet excelled in the CLEC group for the 2010 Metro Wholesale Report Card, winning “best‐in‐class” for Network Performance, Brand (tie), Provisioning (tie), and Customer Service. Network Performance and Brand were judged on network quality, availability and uptime, and the reputation of each carrier’s brand name, respectively. Provisioning was judged on the ability to meet expectations of installation, timeliness and responsiveness, while the criteria for Customer Service included expertise,
problem solving ability and efficiency.
In addition, FPL FiberNet received the highest numerical average ratings of metro wholesale customers’ opinions of FPL FiberNet product quality for important products; receiving top ranking for Local Private Line: DS1 & DS3 Quality.
