IPNETZONE Expands Service Relationship with Level 3 for Dedicated Internet Access and Transport Services

Expanded Agreement will Enhance IPNETZONE’s Service Portfolio for New York and New Jersey Enterprises and Carriers

BROOMFIELD, Colo., August 11, 2010

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE:LVLT, news, filings) today announced that it has expanded its service relationship with IPNETZONE COMMUNICATIONS INC., an independent Internet service provider (ISP) and managed service provider (MSP), to provide direct Internet access (DIA) and transport services.

Based in New York, IPNETZONE serves enterprise and other carrier companies looking for a wide range of converged communications services. IPNETZONE currently uses Level 3’s network to connect to crucial data centers. Under the terms of the new agreement, Level 3 will also provide IPNETZONE with DIA and point-to-point transport services for their New York- and New Jersey-based customers.
