New program provides channel partners with a comprehensive suite of marketing and support services to deliver Pacnet’s leading-edge telecommunications solutions including its newly launched Pacnet Virtual Conferencing Plus service
BANGKOK, 11 June 2010 – Pacnet Thailand has launched an enhanced Channel Partner Program which provides a comprehensive suite of marketing and support services to help business partners meet the growing demand for telecommunications services from Thailand’s small and medium enterprises (SME).
“Our channel partners have been a key contributor to Pacnet’s success in Thailand and as part of our overall growth strategy, we plan to invest in and grow their contribution to our overall business,” said Steve Hampson, Country Manager of Pacnet Thailand. “Our new Channel Partner Program is but the first of our planned channel initiatives that will see us helping to grow our partners’ businesses, as well as triple our partner base by the end of the year.”
Pacnet Thailand’s new Channel Partner Program has been specially designed to equip partners with the skills to better identify, develop and close market opportunities, by working with customers to select the right solution for their needs. The program also delivers enhanced benefits to partners in the form of training and knowledge transfer, dedicated sales support, access to marketing funds for sales and promotional activities and priority customer service.
“The new program goes beyond just basic sales incentives,” said Mr Hampson. “Besides support from our local team, our partners will also be able to access exclusive resources including Pacnet’s regional team of experience professionals to help them increase sales, drive higher profitability and ultimately generate significant revenue growth for their businesses.”
In conjunction with the launch of the Partner Channel Program, Pacnet Thailand also launched Pacnet Virtual Conferencing (VC) Plus, a product under its Unified Communications portfolio which enables high-definition multi-party video conferencing over the Internet, without the need for huge dedicated bandwidth requirements and costly equipment. Special promotions and incentives are available under the channel program.
“Solutions like VC Plus enable our partners to deliver greater value to our customers by meeting the increasingly sophisticated needs for solutions beyond connectivity,” said Mr Hampson. “As part of our product strategy, we will continue to listen to our partners and customers and deliver to the market state-of-the-art solutions that are relevant to their business needs.”
Pacnet recently introduced the new Channel Partner Program to existing partners through a briefing session at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok and will be conducting similar briefings as more partners join the new channel program.
