NTT Com Launches Low-cost Global Phone Service

TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today the immediate launch of an international call service, “Calling Card Neo,” that people can use in Japan to call more than 230 countries at highly competitive rates.

The service, useable on both fixed-line and mobile phones, simply requires a rechargeable pre-paid card available at popular convenience stores. No subscription is necessary.

Fixed-line calls are as cheap 7.3 yen per minute to the U.S. and 8.3 yen to China or South Korea. Charges remain the same throughout the day and night. For details, visit http://0034neo.com/en.

Customer support is immediately available both in English and Japanese, and from the middle of June support in Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog and Thai will be added.
