Enventis Designs, Installs and Supports MPLS Network for Hawkins, Inc.

MANKATO, Minn., Feb. 16, 2010 – Enventis, a subsidiary of HickoryTech (NASDAQ:HTCO, news, filings),recently began installing an integrated MPLS network for Minneapolis-based Hawkins, Inc, with operations in ten states. Hawkins chose Enventis for its MPLS network, which provided increased bandwidth, dedicated Internet services, and data center collocation services. Hawkins, a growing chemical manufacturer, needed greater bandwidth and an upgraded network for 19 of its locations.
