INDUSTRY VETERAN KATHY PERONE JOINS HIBERNIA ATLANTIC AS CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

SUMMIT, NJ & DUBLIN, IRELAND – MAY 23, 2010 – Hibernia Atlantic, the only diverse trans-Atlantic high-bandwidth connectivity provider, announces today the appointment of industry veteran Kathy Perone to the position of Chief Operations Officer.

With over 30 years of experience in domestic and international telecommunication services, Ms. Perone has a proven expertise in the wholesale marketplace. Additionally, she has successfully pioneered leading-edge service offerings for Media, Financial and Global Enterprise customers. Ms. Perone has spent the past 5 years as President of XLNT Technologies, providing consulting services to a variety of private equity, investment banking, and telecommunications providers. Prior to that, she was CEO of Westcom, President & CEO at Focal Communications and President, North America at Level 3 Communications, to highlight just a few of her leadership roles.
