After Keri Gilder stepped up to the role of CEO, Colt has named a new CCO to continue to drive the organisation’s transformative, customer first, high bandwidth, business strategy.
London, UK, 06 July 2020 – Colt Technology Services has today announced the appointment of Paula Cogan as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Cogan replaces Keri Gilder who formerly held the role before becoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO) earlier this year.
Joining Colt four years ago, Cogan has played an influential role in Colt’s success as its Vice President for Enterprise and Capital Market Sales. In her new elevated role as CCO, Cogan will be responsible for driving Colt’s commercial strategy, leading global teams across sales, presales and marketing, as well as working closely with the wider organisation to ensure Colt delivers on its vision of transforming the way the world works through the power of connectivity.

Cogan hasn’t just influenced the sales environment during her time at Colt; she was also the founding member of Colt’s Women’s Network – Network 25 – believing strongly in the equal representation of women in telecommunications.

Prior to joining Colt, Cogan held several senior sales roles at Verizon Business and BT.
Cogan joins Colt’s Executive Leadership Team and takes over the role of CCO from today.
