Juniper Networks Earns Title of Best Channel Vendor, Network Security

Annual Channel Partner Survey Shows Juniper Ranks Best in Class

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Dec. 30, 2010 — Juniper Networks (NASDAQ:JNPR, news, filings) today announced it has been recognized by Business Solutions Magazine’s (BSM’s) readership as one of the Best Channel Vendors in 2011. Presented annually, the industry accolade is voted on by thousands of IT solutions providers, calculated by Penn State University and awarded by BSM to those vendors who score within the top five percent of their respective technology category.

As one of the top-performing vendors, Juniper Networks received exceptional marks in product features, product reliability and product innovation, and scored particularly well in other measured criteria such as service and support, channel friendliness and adequate VAR margins.

With more than 11,500 votes cast, the annual BSM Best Channel Vendor readership survey offers a reputable benchmark for evaluating channel partners’ perceptions and experiences, as well as rating the overall effectiveness of a vendor’s channel strategy, products and partner programs.
