São Paulo, Brazil – Global Crossing (NASDAQ: GLBC), a leading global IP solutions provider, today announced it has expanded and renewed an agreement to render data center and managed security services to Positivo Informática, the largest computer manufacturer in Brazil and a leading company in the educational technology segment.
As part of this agreement, Global Crossing provides connectivity to education portals created and maintained by Positivo Informática’s Educational Technology division. There are four portals – Educacional, Aprende Brasil, Universitário and Positivo – that serve more than 3,100 public and private educational institutions.
