Wireless usage should be about choice, be worry-free and should be easy to understand.
It really is that simple. At Sprint, we know technology is essential to our customers’ lives. We are committed to giving each customer the information they need to make the decisions that are the best for their family and lifestyle.
Customers have told us that they want transparency from a wireless provider, and we pride ourselves on offering more choices, affordability and flexibility than any other carrier.
This week Sprint launched the new Sprint unlimited plan: Sprint Starter Pack. Customers can choose a 1GB high-speed data option for $20 per month, then 2G speeds after that. Plus get unlimited talk and text for an additional $20 per month while on the Sprint network (excludes taxes and surcharges).
With the addition of this new offer, Sprint has given customers something they’ve asked us for: the most affordable unlimited data plan with the option of adding on more high speed data if they want it. Their choice to buy up or not. Some customers have told us 1GB of high speed data is enough but they want the protection of unlimited 2G speeds to ensure they don’t get surprised by overage charges.
Sprint offers many sharable high-speed data options for families ranging from:
- Sprint $20 unlimited plan: 1GB of high-speed data for $20 per month, then 2G speeds after that. Plus get unlimited talk and text for an additional $20 per month while on the Sprint network (excludes taxes and surcharges).1 Sprint Global Roaming also is included with the plan. It’s the best price for data among all national carriers.
- Family plans: 40GB of data for $120 per month for a family to share across four lines when they switch to Sprint. They also get unlimited talk and text (excludes taxes and surcharges).2
- Unlimited data plans: for individual customers starting at $70 on the Unlimited High-Speed Data Plan that includes 3GB of mobile hotspot usage and Sprint Global Roaming. Additional lines with the same unlimited high-speed data, talk and text are just $60 per line (up to 10 lines).3
It really is all about choices. Choices for the right amount of data. Choices to find the phone and plan that best fits your lifestyle and budget. And choices for how to buy a new phone. What works for some customers doesn’t always work for others, so unlike the other national carriers, we offer four choices when buying a phone. And, with three of them – leasing, installment payments or full retail price – forget being tied to a monthly service contract. Some of our customers still value a subsidized phone that comes with a traditional two-year contract, so we make sure they have that choice, too.
All these data options really only are a choice as long as our customers can count on us for a great connection, and that’s definitely true with Sprint. Our network is competitive – it’s already one of the best available in a growing number of cities, including Denver, Las Vegas and Kansas City – and getting better every day.
Now is the perfect time to switch to Sprint and see how we can help you #MoveForward. The choice is yours.
1After high-speed data allotment is used, speeds will be reduced to 2G until the end of your bill cycle. Req. purchase of unlimited talk and text for add’l $20.
2All phones must be ported from an active wireless line at another carrier and remain active on the plan. Devices must be acquired with Sprint Easy Pay, leasing option, by paying full MSRP or by bringing a compatible phone.
1Unlimited Sprint customers who use more than 23GB of data during a billing cycle will be de-prioritized during times and places where the Sprint network is constrained. See sprint.com/networkmanagement for details. To improve data experience for the majority of users, throughput may be limited, varied or reduced on the network. Sprint may terminate service if off-network roaming usage in a month exceeds: (1) 800 min. or a majority of min. or (2) 100MB or a majority of KB. Prohibited network use rules apply—see sprint.com/termsandconditions.
