CAMBRIDGE, MA – September 23, 2010 – David Kenny, president of Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AKAM, news, filings), the leading provider of cloud optimization services, will speak at OMMA Global New York 2010 on September 28th. Mr. Kenny will deliver a keynote presentation entitled, “Staying ahead of the cloud: Helping marketers navigate unprecedented change in video, games and mobile communications.”

Mr. Kenny is responsible for leading Akamai’s business operations, including product groups; global sales, services, and marketing; engineering; and networks and operations. Prior to joining Akamai, Mr. Kenny was Managing Partner of VivaKi, and a member of the Management Board and the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe SA. At Publicis Groupe, he led the Groupe’s overall digital and interactive strategy. Prior to the launch of VivaKi, Mr. Kenny was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Digitas, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kenny was a senior partner of the global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company.
