Company Continues Growth with 25th Acquisition, Seamlessly Integrating New Customers
Atlanta – June 22, 2015 – Birch Communications, Inc., (“Birch”) a leading technology service provider of IP-based communications, broadband, cloud and IT-services to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses, announced that it has completed the customer asset acquisition of OrbitCom, a regional provider of voice and data solutions to small and medium businesses.
This acquisition further solidifies Birch’s geographic territory in 14 states across and adjacent to the northern Tier, Rockies and Pacific Northwest; adding density by tucking-in customers to the Birch customer footprint that extends to all 50 U.S. states, Washington DC, Canada and Puerto Rico.
