Sprint’s Atlanta Network Receives Shared #1 Ranking for Reliability, Call and Text

Network improves daily making it a great time to switch to Sprint

ATLANTA (BUSINESS WIRE), June 03, 2015 – Sprint today announced that its network in Atlanta received shared 1^st place rankings for reliability, call and text performance, according to aRootScore^® Report by independent mobile analytics firm RootMetrics^®.

Since RootMetrics’ previous test, Sprint increased its median download speed by 47 percent. Sprint also shares the Reliability and Call RootScore Awards for the second consecutive test period in Atlanta.

In 100 other markets measured in the first half of 2015, Sprint has been awarded a total of 135 first place (outright or shared) RootScore Awards for overall, reliability, speed, data, call, or text network performance.¹

With the Cut Your Bill in Half Event, Sprint will cut in half the monthly rate plan for Verizon and AT&T customers who switch to Sprint when they bring in their current bill and their old phones. The offer provides unlimited talk and text to anywhere in the U.S. while on the Sprint network – regardless of a customer’s current plan – and matches the customer’s data allowance for half the cost they are currently paying for their monthly rate plan.²Sprint will reimburse all of the costs to switch, including early termination fees and remaining payments on phone installment plans – no matter what is owed. Sprint will reimburse the switching costs within approximately 15 days of successfully completing the online registration and providing a bill that shows the early termination charge or device balance due via an American Express Reward card.³
