Birmingham-based Cloud Communications Provider Strengthens Presence in the St. Louis Business Solutions Market
ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Momentum, a leading cloud communications provider, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Twist Networks, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Communications Technologies, Inc. (CTI).
Twist Networks has been a Momentum wholesale VoIP partner since 2010. In connection with this acquisition, a retail value-added reseller (VAR) agreement was developed between Momentum and CTI, a telecom, data, collaboration and connectivity solutions provider.
