DALLAS – June 25, 2013 – PEG Bandwidth, LLC, a provider of high-capacity Ethernet backhaul networks and other wireless infrastructure services, announces it has signed an Ethernet backhaul agreement with a large wireless carrier to support their rollout of 4G mobile broadband services. As the one of the nation’s largest 4G networks, the wireless carrier will leverage PEG Bandwidth’s backhaul expertise to support additional market growth.
Through this agreement, PEG Bandwidth will provide Ethernet backhaul to 473
additional sites throughout Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. The expansion will add over 1,900 route miles to the PEG Bandwidth fiber network, which once completed, will total over 13,000 route miles across 18 states. The latest agreement will deepen the PEG Bandwidth Ethernet backhaul footprint to over 700 sites with this wireless carrier throughout the country.
