HickoryTech Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MANKATO, Minn., July 19, 2012 —HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ:HTCO, news, filings) today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of HickoryTech common stock.  The $0.14 dividend is payable on Sept. 5, 2012 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2012.
