Independent Business Customer Survey Highlights Sprint’s Dedication to Providing Superior Value and Exceptional Customer Service
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), June 24, 2011 – Sprint (NYSE:S, news, filings) today announced that it has received 11 awards in two of ATLANTIC-ACM’s 2011 U.S. studies. The awards were based on results from the 2011 Business Connectivity and Wireless Business Report Cards, which rate carriers in key product and service categories based on approximately 3,500 individual carrier ratings. Award categories were separated by CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier) and ILEC/IXC (incumbent local exchange carrier/inter-exchange carrier) providers.

Additionally, Sprint was the top honoree among Wireless Business award winners with best-in-class distinctions for Wireless Sales Reps, Provisioning, Billing and Customer Service.
Since 1995, the ATLANTIC-ACM Report Card series has served as the telecom industry’s principal source of carrier performance benchmarking information. The ATLANTIC-ACM Business Services Report Cards’ awards ceremony took place on June 9th at the Yale Club in New York. The awards were presented by ATLANTIC-ACM CEO Dr. Judy Reed Smith.
