(NASDAQ: LMOS) jointly announced today that the companies will report financial results for the third quarter of 2011 on November 7, 2011, after 4:00 P.M. (ET). Lumos Networks Corp. was separated from NTELOS Holdings Corp. through a spin-off effective after the close of business on October 31, 2011.
A combined conference call and simultaneous webcast to review financial and operational results for the third quarter 2011 and to update financial guidance for the fourth quarter of 2011 will be held at 10:00 A.M.
