Employees at the Best Workplaces reported being proud to tell people where they work, intending to stay with their employer long term, and being likely to recommend their employer to friends and family – all at notably higher rates than the Australian average. Pride emerged as the top indicator of long-term retention, ahead of every other factor measured in the survey.
