Verta Expands Site Development Team with Key Government Affairs and Site Development Hires

For immediate release

United States — May 29, 2026 — Verta, a national developer, owner, and operator of wireless infrastructure, today announced the addition of four experienced industry professionals to support the company’s accelerating deployment of community-sensitive wireless infrastructure projects across the United States.

Jamie Dancer has joined Verta as Vice President of Government Affairs, Tyler Gentry has joined as Director of Government Affairs, Allyson Nakayama has joined as Site Acquisition Manager, and Brian Gray has joined the company as Site Development Manager.

The additions strengthen Verta’s growing site development and stakeholder engagement capabilities as wireless carriers continue to expand and densify their networks through strategically located right of way infrastructure deployments.

“Wireless infrastructure deployment increasingly requires a thoughtful balance between network performance, municipal priorities, and community expectations,” said Alda Licis, Chief Operating Officer of Verta. “Jamie, Tyler, Allyson, and Brian each bring deep industry expertise and strong relationships that will help Verta continue delivering high-quality, community-sensitive infrastructure solutions for our carrier customers at scale.”

As Vice President of Government Affairs, Dancer will lead Verta’s engagement with municipalities, regulatory stakeholders, and public-sector partners nationwide. Gentry, serving as Director of Government Affairs, will support the company’s expanding public-sector coordination and municipal engagement efforts across key markets.

Nakayama and Gray join Verta’s expanding site development organization and will focus on advancing right of way wireless infrastructure projects through site acquisition, municipal coordination, and deployment execution. Both bring significant experience supporting carrier and infrastructure programs across multiple markets.

The hires come as Verta rapidly expands deployments of appropriately scaled poles and wireless infrastructure designed to integrate into communities while enabling next-generation wireless connectivity.

Verta develops and operates wireless infrastructure nationwide, including poles, towers, and right of-way assets supporting macro, midcell, and small cell deployments for leading wireless carriers.
