Barter chairs QTS Audit Committee

ATLANTA, Ga. Mr. Barter will chair the QTS Audit Committee and brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management to the appointment. QTS currently maintains five directors on its board.

Barter has been the CFO and Executive Vice President at the former Allied Signal, Inc., now called Honeywell International [NYSE:HON], as well as serving as the President of AlliedSignal Automotive. He also serves on the boards of directors for several companies, including Dice Holdings, Inc [NYSE:DHX].; Genpact Ltd. [NYSE:G].; SRA International, Inc.[NYSE:SRX]; TASC, Inc.; Charleston Education Network; and Charleston Promise Neighborhood. Barter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Spring Hill College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tulane University.
