INCOMPAS Appoints Staci Pies as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 12, 2025 – INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association, is pleased to announce the appointment of Staci Pies as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy.

A respected leader in broadband and technology policy, Pies brings unparalleled expertise and a proven track record of orchestrating transformative regulatory and legislative outcomes that have fostered competition and innovation. Pies will join the INCOMPAS team on June 2.

Prior to joining INCOMPAS, Pies served as Vice President of Public Policy at Crown Castle, where she architected the company’s comprehensive public policy and advocacy program. Under her leadership, Crown Castle established crucial strategic partnerships that advanced digital infrastructure deployment, streamlined regulatory barriers, and created unprecedented opportunities for technology and innovation.

Her distinguished career also includes influential roles at Google, Microsoft, Skype and the Federal Communications Commission, where she shaped policies on spectrum allocation, universal broadband access and digital equity initiatives that continue to influence the telecommunications landscape today.
