Total Home Tech Support provides expert help for common issues with connected devices, including TVs, gaming systems, laptops, monitors, smart devices (watches, doorbells), and more.
With Total Home Tech Support, Brightspeed customers enjoy access to live tech help through Asurion. Asurion’s highly trained experts resolve more than 20 million tech issues each year and can solve problems across nearly any in-home connected device.
Asurion’s experts can help customers with everything from setting up new devices to resolving everyday hiccups, like a frozen laptop. They can also assist with transferring data from one device to another, setting up email, installing software updates, backing up files, utilizing cloud storage, and more. Asurion experts can even provide tips and education to help customers feel more adept at using their favorite devices.
