INCOMPAS Announces 2025 Executive Leadership and Newly Elected Board Members for 2025-2027 Term

WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 21, 2025 – INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association, today announced that its Board of Directors reelected Michael B. Galvin, Chief Administrative Officer of Granite Telecommunications, LLC, to serve a fourth year as its Chair. Also reelected were Kurt Van Wagenen, CEO of Summit Broadband, to serve as Vice Chair, and Brian Worthen, CEO of Mammoth Networks, to serve as Treasurer.

Rounding out the Executive Committee are four at-large members: Edward E. Hilliary Jr., Managing Partner at Hilliary; Ronald Mudry, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Uniti Group Inc.; Tom Spackman, CEO of Gigabit Fiber; and Sean Sullivan, Vice President of MetTel.

“Competition built this great country and competition policies will lead America into the future,” said INCOMPAS Board Chair Galvin. “Innovations from competitive providers have improved the lives of consumers and business customers, created millions of jobs and added trillions to the U.S. economy. I am honored to continue serving as INCOMPAS Chairman and look forward to working together with our amazing team, member companies, and new AI Competition Center. This is a pivotal time for our industry, and INCOMPAS is eager to collaborate with the new Administration, Congress and state and local leaders to ensure competition policy remains the law of the land and a catalyst for America’s innovation future,” Galvin added.

INCOMPAS held elections last month for companies to serve two-year terms running through 2026. Member companies, and their representatives, elected to this term on the Board include:
