Ornadel brings over two decades of experience from senior roles at Mobileum, iconectiv, Ericsson, EE and T-Mobile to XConnect
London, UK, 18th June 2024 – XConnect, a Somos Company, the provider of world-class numbering intelligence solutions, has appointed Stephen Ornadel as its Vice President (VP) of Strategic Relationships and Product Development. Within this role, Ornadel will enhance XConnect’s global partnerships and drive product development innovation in voice, A2P and identity & verification (ID&V).
Ornadel brings over 20 years’ experience to XConnect, having spent the last 7 of those at Mobileum, where he led in its Product Management, Security Solutions, and Alliances and Partnerships divisions. Prior to this, he held senior roles at iconectiv, Ericsson, EE and T-Mobile. Ornadel is an active contributor in industry working groups including the GSMA, where he chaired the Global Title Leasing Task Force and authored the GT Leasing Code of Conduct, FS.52. He was previously elected to the board of directors at the CFCA.

As VP of Strategic Relationships and Product Development, Ornadel will be responsible for identifying and nurturing key partnerships. He will also oversee the development of XConnect’s voice, A2P and ID&V solutions, leveraging specialisms in security, counter-fraud, messaging and interconnection to meet the evolving needs of the telecoms industry and mitigate fraud.
