New FiberBooks Connectors link Omnia360™ BSS/OSS with Oracle NetSuite ERP, giving rural broadband providers a single, reconciled view of subscriber revenue and cash
HOUSTON, TX — August 4, 2026 — Rural broadband finance teams often spend hours each month matching billing records by hand, tracking equipment on spreadsheets, and working from reports that are already outdated. CHR Solutions, a leading provider of BSS/OSS software, engineering services, and managed IT and cybersecurity solutions for rural and independent broadband providers, is fixing that problem through a partnership with C-Level Analytics, an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner specializing in ERP implementation and data integration for the broadband industry.
The partnership links CHR’s Omnia360™ platform, which broadband companies use to run billing and manage their networks, directly with NetSuite through the FiberBooks Connectors from C-Level Analytics. A CFO or controller can now see billing revenue and impact on cash flow, without pulling data manually from two separate systems. For CHR customers already running NetSuite, the connectors are available now, with no new system to stand up.
The partnership also solves a second problem: tracking equipment. Broadband providers install thousands of routers, modems, and network devices in the field, and keeping tabs on where that equipment is, what it’s worth, and when it needs to be replaced is normally a manual, error-prone process. In the second phase, currently in development, FiberBooks brings that equipment into the same integration with Omnia360. Every unit is tracked from purchase through the warehouse to installation and on to retirement, and the related assets and inventory are created and updated automatically, with the appropriate accounting treatment applied as they move. Depreciation, book value, and property tax by jurisdiction all come off the unit’s own record. FiberBooks covers the rest of the back office in the same system: inventory operations for construction and in the field, procurement, capitalizing network builds, and core accounting.
