With support of the AT&T Weather Operations Center (AWOC), our teams continue to monitor remnants of Arthur as it moves through the region. This storm is bringing heavy rainfall to parts of the Gulf Coast, where the ground is already saturated and flash flooding is a concern.
At this time, our wireless and home phone/internet networks are operating normally in affected areas. As always, we remain focused on helping customers, their families and first responders stay connected when it matters most.

Utilize satellite communications if cellular coverage is not available.
If you have an iPhone 14 or newer that is updated to iOS 16.1 you may be able to connect with emergency services via satellite. If your iPhone 14 or newer is updated to iOS 18 you may be able to send messages and connect with emergency services via satellite. If you have a Google Pixel 9 you may be able to connect with emergency services through text via satellite.
