Brendan will focus on Digital Infrastructure, supporting clients across fiber, data centers, towers and broader communications infrastructure. His coverage spans large-cap players, regional operators and sponsor-backed platforms providing a unique perspective on a sector experiencing significant consolidation.
The convergence of AI-driven demand and continued data proliferation has made connectivity mission critical to daily life, creating a new wave of financing activity across the sector. Capital structures are also evolving, with companies seeking bespoke financing solutions spanning project finance, leveraged finance, capital markets and private credit. In response, ING continues to enhance its platform and deepen its sector expertise to support clients across the full digital infrastructure value chain.
Brendan brings 15 years of financial industry experience covering the Digital Infrastructure and Telecommunications space across the Americas. He has a strong track record of originating, structuring and executing transactions across multiple financing products, working with both sponsor-backed and corporate clients. His experience spans investment grade corporate finance, leveraged finance, high yield and private credit markets. Prior to joining ING, Brendan was part of the TMT Leveraged Finance franchise at Natixis and the TMT Corporate and Investment Banking team at MUFG. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University.
