Telarix customers can capture new revenue from Cloud Numbers through a seamless customer experience they control, from number purchase through to call termination.
London, UK – 18th May 2026 – Telarix, a global leader in interconnect and settlement solutions, has partnered with Telesmart, a telecom identifier governance and operational control platform, to strengthen its Cloud Numbers proposition and help operators scale cloud number services. The partnership builds on Telarix’s existing Cloud Numbers solution, iXTools, by adding Telesmart’s customer-facing workflows, API enablement and operational control, enabling service providers to deliver a seamless customer experience, from number purchase through to call termination.
Telarix has supported the voice, messaging and Cloud Numbers industry for more than 25 years and serves hundreds of global operators, carriers and aggregators worldwide. Its Cloud Numbers solution enables carriers to monetise local, mobile, geographical, toll-free and universal toll-free number inventory while automating order management, pricing, network routing, billing, settlement and reporting.
Through the partnership, Telarix customers gain access to Telesmart’s platform, which is a fully integrated solution for managing telecom numbers and communication identifiers through APIs and automated workflows. The platform enables operators to expose customer-facing workflows and APIs for number purchasing, provisioning, lifecycle management, routing control, compliance workflows and operational processes spanning number supply and porting (LNP).
“Our partnership with Telesmart gives our customers greater operational control over the number services underpinning cloud communications with a fully integrated solution end to end,” said Nick Cowley, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Telarix. “Operators increasingly need API-enabled operational models that allow them to scale services consistently across multiple markets, suppliers and communications environments. Together, we are helping service providers introduce operational consistency, customer control and automation across those ecosystems.”
The joint solution is designed for telecom operators, wholesale carriers, CPaaS providers and digital service providers managing large-scale number estates. The solution also supports emerging communications models built around eSIM adoption and software-defined connectivity services.
“Telecom operating models are changing rapidly as services become increasingly software-driven and API-enabled,” said Neil Kitcher, CEO of Telesmart. “Cloud number services only scale properly when operators maintain clear operational control over the lifecycle, compliance state and behaviour of their communication identifiers before services enter execution. Telarix customers gain access to a governed API-enabled operational control layer for telecom numbers, provisioning, routing, lifecycle management and service validation while leveraging Telarix’s global operational and interconnect environment.”
Telesmart supports global Tier 1 carriers through to emerging and digital service providers. Its platform governs millions of telecom numbers and communication identifiers across a global ecosystem and supports operational coordination spanning voice, messaging and wider communications environments.
