Huawei will Launch AI-Native Next-Generation ADO Solution, Defining New Paradigm for Home Broadband Experience Management

[Barcelona, Spain, March 1, 2026] During MWC 2026 Barcelona, Huawei will officially launch the next-generation ADO home broadband experience management solution based on the AI-Native framework. This solution builds a HBB experience domain model, shifting complaint handling, experience optimization, marketing conversion and other steps from traditional “knowledge-driven” to “model-driven”, helping operators achieve intelligent operations for home broadband services.

Huawei’s next-generation ADO solution addresses the three major challenges faced by home broadband services for low complaint handling response efficiency, large fluctuations in customer satisfaction and low marketing conversion rate, and breaks down into over 200 typical problem scenarios, over 60 root cause location logics, and over 1,000 network indicator optimization solutions, promoting the intelligent leap of the fixed network service operations center (SOC).
