Fort Lauderdale, FL (February 11, 2026) Telinta, a global leader in white label cloud-based softswitch and billing solutions, has integrated Zoho’s CRM and Zoho WorkDrive solutions into its cloud-based TeliCoreTM platform. This integration better serves VoIP service providers by offering streamlined call management, where the capabilities from both companies come together for a better customer experience. Both Telinta and Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, are offering a promotion for new sign-ups.
When an end user business receives an inbound call processed by a Telinta customer, the caller’s CRM data will appear on a browser screen within Telinta’s brandable Desktop Softphone and WebRTC solutions. An agent can quickly make outbound calls by clicking on a number within the Zoho data.
Telinta also added new capabilities for managing call recordings with Zoho WorkDrive. Call recordings can be securely and automatically uploaded from TeliCore to Zoho Workdrive, eliminating the need for manual downloads or external storage workflows. When TeliCore uploads call recordings directly to Zoho WorkDrive, they are immediately available for review, sharing, or CRM attachment.
The integration includes multiple Zoho datacenters in the USA, Europe, and India.
This functionality is especially useful for end user businesses and contact centers that rely on Zoho for customer management, compliance, quality monitoring, and long-term storage of call recordings, providing a seamless bridge between telephony and business workflows. The integration can be seamlessly used with Telinta’s Hosted PBX solution and other VoIP services for businesses.
Integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive are available to Telinta customers as a standard part of Telinta’s Service, with no additional charges.
