Expanded leadership team will drive customer experience, network delivery, and innovation across key growth markets
Coral Springs, FL, February 9, 2026– Blue Stream Fiber, a leading provider of fiber-optic internet and telecommunications services, today announced a series of executive leadership promotions as the company continues to scale operations and expand its presence across Florida and Texas.
These promotions reflect Blue Stream Fiber’s focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and disciplined growth, reinforcing a strong leadership bench as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

The following leaders have been promoted into expanded executive roles:

Josh Turiano has been promoted to Chief Innovation and AI Officer, recognizing his role in driving Blue Stream Fiber’s AI strategy and innovation roadmap. His work on the company’s award-winning Metis AI platform has earned multiple industry honors, including Cablefax’s AI Team of the Year. Turiano has also played a central role in shaping the company’s network and technology foundation and previously held leadership roles at Atlantic Broadband.

Brad Feldman will now serve as Chief Strategy Officer, reflecting his expanded scope across product management, capital planning, strategic sourcing, special purpose construction, and enterprise transformation. Feldman is a 25-year industry veteran and has been recognized by Multichannel News for his contributions to the sector. He previously served as SVP of Product Management at Cablevision, Managing Director at ROX Strategy, and founder of On Your Team Business Solutions.

Milton Lopera will now serve as Chief Customer Officer. Since joining the company in 2023, Lopera has driven significant momentum across customer-facing operations, including doubling community referral rates, strengthening renewal performance, and delivering major improvements in NPS and Google 5-star ratings. Under his leadership, Blue Stream Fiber has successfully launched service in hundreds of communities. Lopera brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at Charter Communications and Altice USA.

Joe Godas will now serve as Chief Technology Officer, reflecting the continued maturation and scale of Blue Stream Fiber’s technology and engineering organization under his leadership. Since joining the company in January 2024, Godas has guided key network advancements supporting scalable expansion. He has received multiple industry honors, including Cable Pioneer and SCTE awards, and holds several technology patents. Godas previously served as SVP of Engineering at Charter Communications, Altice USA, and Cablevision.

Greg Chamberlain has been named Executive Vice President of Operations. Chamberlain has led initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, improve service performance, reduce trouble calls, and achieve a 4.9 customer installation score. His leadership has contributed to accelerated installation timelines and rising customer satisfaction across markets. He previously held leadership roles at Hawaiian Telecom, SureWest Communications, Bell/AT&T, and WINFirst.
- Larry Lewis steps into the role of Senior Vice President of Construction and Project Management, recognizing his leadership across Blue Stream Fiber’s expanding Florida and Texas markets. Over the past year, Lewis has overseen delivery on more than 250 active projects and successfully integrated construction and project management functions under a unified structure. He previously held leadership roles at Comcast and CCG.
In addition to these promotions, Blue Stream Fiber has also invested in strategic external hires over the last 18 months to strengthen their executive management team, including John Jacobi as Chief Financial Officer, Iain Urquhart as Chief Revenue Officer, Cristy Villazan as Chief People Officer and Julie Plowman as General Counsel.
Looking ahead, this expanded leadership team positions Blue Stream Fiber for its next phase of growth, supporting continued scale and execution across Florida and Texas.
