DENVER, January 12, 2026 — RadiusDC, a leading provider of highly connected, innovative and resilient data center solutions, today announced the expansion of its data center platform with plans to develop a new 24MW edge colocation campus in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, starting with Indy I.
“We are proud to announce Indy I, a project that is set to supercharge central Indiana’s digital infrastructure and support the region’s rapidly growing demand for low-latency, high-performance computing at the edge,” said Mike Krza, CEO, RadiusDC. “Indy I represents the next chapter in RadiusDC’s evolution with a ground-up design purpose-built to deliver exactly what our customers need — performance, reliability and scalability for the future.”
Located in Plainfield, IN, Indy I will follow the same design and capabilities as RadiusDC’s cuttingedge facility, Nashville I, currently under construction. It will feature a high-availability, concurrently maintainable architecture, built to support modern edge and inferencing applications. Indy I also incorporates environmentally responsible design principles, including efficient closed-loop chillers that allow near-zero water consumption while preserving a local waterway and mature vegetation on site.
RadiusDC’s Indiana campus also includes space for a future facility — Indy II — designed with matching capabilities. The site’s power will be supplied by a new substation currently under development next to the property, ensuring robust and dependable delivery, powered by Duke Energy Indiana.
“The Plainfield project is a prime example of RadiusDC solving capacity problems for our core hyperscale and content customer base while planning for future demand with the adjacent Indy II site,” said Keith Klesner, Vice President of Development for RadiusDC.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the Town of Plainfield and Duke Energy on this important initiative,” added Krza. “This long-term technology investment not only strengthens the local infrastructure but also contributes meaningfully to the community and the local economy. We look forward to working together to deliver lasting benefits for residents, businesses and future growth.”
Indy I marks the fifth data center development for RadiusDC, following recent announcements in Atlanta and Nashville, as well as locations in Denver and Miami.
