The investment marks a new chapter in Beyond Now’s journey, transitioning from a successful management buyout backed by a group of investors to a scale-up phase supported by a strategic growth partner.
Beyond Now works with some of the world’s largest and most innovative Communication Service Providers (CSPs), including AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, NTT and Verizon. Driven by strong customer demand, Beyond Now is profitable and exceeded 40% growth in ARR in the last twelve-month period.
