Beyond Now appoints Steve Tzikakis as its Chairman to accelerate AI-led ecosystem growth

London, UK – December 16th , 2025 Beyond Now, a fast-growing AI ecosystem orchestration and digital platform provider, today announced the appointment of Steve Tzikakis as its new Chairman of the Board. Beyond Now works with some of the world’s largest and most innovative Communication Service Providers (CSPs), including AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, NTT and Verizon.

A seasoned technology executive and former CEO of Sitecore, Steve brings over 30 years of experience leading and scaling global B2B technology companies across digital experience, ERP, and commerce.

Before joining Beyond Now, Steve served as CEO of Sitecore, where he led the company transformation to the cloud. Steve doubled annual recurring revenue to over $500 million, establishing Sitecore among Europe’s largest and most successful software firms. Earlier, during his 13 years at SAP, he served as President of Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, overseeing a €4 billion business across 75 countries and driving major digital transformation initiatives. A strong advocate of AI-led innovation, Steve also invests in early-stage AI startups focused on marketing automation, cybersecurity, and industrial analytics – experience that aligns closely with Beyond Now’s AI-first vision.

As Chairman, Steve will focus on supporting the executive team as Beyond Now scales across geographies, strengthens its partner ecosystem, and continues to invest in innovation – particularly in AI-driven automation, partner and customer experience. He will also work closely with the company’s investors to guide its strategy through the next stage of expansion.

“I’m truly excited to join Beyond Now at such a pivotal point in its journey,” said Steve Tzikakis, Chairman of Beyond Now. “Beyond Now sits at the intersection of customer data, operational data, marketplace, and ecosystem orchestration – all powered by Agentic AI. The company has already built an outstanding reputation in the telco industry, and I see a tremendous opportunity to deepen that footprint while expanding into adjacent markets.”

“We’re delighted to welcome Steve to Beyond Now, said Angus Ward, CEO of Beyond Now. “His track record in scaling global technology businesses and leading transformational growth journeys brings exactly the kind of expertise and perspective we need as we continue to evolve. Steve understands our vision for AI-powered ecosystem orchestration and shares our belief that collaboration and innovation are the keys to long-term success.”

The appointment of Steve follows Beyond Now’s recent investment and growth milestones, marking a new chapter in the company’s evolution as it extends its leadership beyond telecom and into new verticals.
