ANRITSU CORPORATION (President and CEO: Hirokazu Hamada) has completed the share transfer process to acquire all shares of DEWETRON GmbH (headquartered in Grambach, Austria; hereafter “DEWETRON”) from TKH Group N.V., making DEWETRON a fully owned subsidiary of Anritsu as of October 21, 2025.
This follows the announcement made on April 26, 2025, titled “ANRITSU CORPORATION Signs Agreement to Acquire DEWETRON GmbH as Fully Owned Subsidiary,” in which Anritsu disclosed the signing of a share transfer agreement with TKH Group N.V.
By welcoming DEWETRON into the Anritsu Group, we will maximize synergies with the high-capacity power supplies and charge-discharge test equipment of our subsidiary Takasago Ltd., and the test system construction technologies of our measurement business, helping contribute to achieving a carbon-neutral world.
