Next-Gen Facility Designed for Scale, Connectivity and Innovation
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Sept. 4, 2025 – RadiusDC, a leading provider of highly connected, innovative and resilient data center solutions, has officially broken ground on its new colocation facility in Nashville, Tennessee. The facility is backed by Blue Owl Capital Inc., a leading alternative asset manager, and will deliver capacity to meet the growing demand for urban data center inventory with a rich network ecosystem. Nashville I, located on approximately 12 acres of land in the Trinity Hills area of Nashville, will deliver 12MW of critical power across a 102,500 square-foot, purpose-built structure. When complete, it will be the largest and newest colocation facility in Nashville proper.
Nashville I is designed for optimized efficiency, reliability and scalability with state-of-the-art features, including enhanced cooling to support higher-density deployments and a closed-loop cooling system that uses little to no water. Engineered with energy efficiency, resiliency and innovation in mind, the site offers robust connectivity through multiple local and long-haul carriers, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure for both regional and national demands.
“This project is more than infrastructure. It’s an investment in Nashville’s community, people and digital innovation,” said Mike Krza, CEO of RadiusDC. “We’re proud to deliver local connectivity that enhances everyday applications and user experiences. This facility reflects our commitment to meeting customers where they need colocation services most, with secure, scalable and highly connected infrastructure designed for today’s demands and tomorrow’s technologies.”
The groundbreaking ceremony, held Thursday, September 4, was attended by executives from RadiusDC, Blue Owl Capital and DPR Construction, in addition to design and community partners.
Nashville I follows RadiusDC’s recent acquisition of Miami I and announcement of substantial investment to enhance its 1500 Champa facility in Denver. Nashville I will begin leasing in 2H 2025 with plans to open in 2026.
