SYDNEY, 7 July 2025 – Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY), (“Vection” or the “Company”), the INTEGRATEDXRÒ company, is pleased to announce that the Omniacom Group (Omnia Comunicazioni S.p.A. and Piemme Telecom S.r.l.) has placed binding purchase orders worth $3,939,000 for the deployment of Vection’s AI- INTEGRATEDXRÒ technology stack across multiple enterprise projects in Italy.
These commitments will be delivered under a three-year framework that schedules phased roll-outs and service milestones for Omniacom’s enterprise customers.
HIGHLIGHTS:

OVERVIEW
Vection will supply its proprietary INTEGRATEDXRÒ technology stack, which fuses advanced artificial intelligence models with immersive extended reality visualisation. The solution set will:
- Embed predictive analytics and automated decision-making directly into clients’ core business processes.
- Present complex, data-rich environments through immersive dashboards and interactive 3D models, giving operational teams real-time insight.
- Include consulting, complete system integration, application management and end-to-end Product-System-Service Design (“PSSD”), all anchored by Vection’s intellectual-property portfolio.
Target industries include finance, telecommunications, media, automotive, energy and utilities, public administration and healthcare.
