AEWIN Technologies first announces its Two-phase direct liquid cooling (2P DLC) solution at COMPUTEX 2025. From key components to full system integration, the solution is designed and manufactured in Taiwan which is poised to become the first locally developed 2P DLC solution for AI servers.
